As Vice President of Annuity Sales at Brokers International, I develop relationships with new and existing agency partners and design new marketing programs and sales initiatives to support their future growth.Brokers International helps our agency partners build and develop skilled downlines comprised of more holistic agents and financial professionals by leveraging industry-leading training programs to improve their downlines’ sales strategies, product knowledge, and concepting skills.Early in my professional career, I took an evening job as an insurance salesman. I was licensed and made a few sales, but my passion for insurance didn’t really take off until someone from Brokers International approached me about potentially being a good fit for the company. It had been a few years since I had even sold an insurance policy, but I took a chance and decided to dive back in.The early days weren’t always easy - I left a good manufacturing job and had to spend time building up my knowledge and experience.
