Prior to that date 1991 to 2003 I was working as a Territory Sale Manager with 3663 (formally known as Booker Food Service). My role as a Sector Development Manager was in the Pubs , Hotels and Consortia Market. This involved working with Pelican and Beacon on Consortia Business as well as with Punch, Enterprise Inns and Star Pubs & Bars within the Pub sector. To generate incremental sales and profit through the combined efforts of myself and the Field Sales force. I worked closely with National Account Managers relevant to their business and educated both Field Sales and Telesales to ensure they had a thorough understanding of these group accounts and the benefits associated with them. I also worked closely with Consortia Purchasing Consultants and with the Pub Groups BRM,s and Catering Consultants..To produce Business plans to identify the Development of excising accounts and a Pipeline of major prospect Customers. To provide detailed monthly reports within portfolio showing sales and cash contributions and the development of existing as well as prospect accounts.To work closely with Customers and identify opportunity's and assist with menu development.to help them grow their business.
