Responsible for client facing deployment of Solumina MRO.

• Provide over 15 years of in-depth business MRO and warehousing knowledge to United Airlines (UA) supply chain and MRO projects• Collaborate with SMEs, business owners, developers, outside contract engineers, testers, and pear business analysts to generate clean, concise development solutions• Lead client facing Agile elicitation and solution meetings • Participate in elicitation meetings as the legacy system BA expert• Provide in depth SCEPTRE knowledge and direction to the UA WMS project teams• Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD) derived from elicitation sessions • Deliver SCEPTRE SME support for IBM IIB development as well as UAT and EQA testing • Research and troubleshoot SCEPTRE/High Jump production issues• Create SQL queries and generate reports to supply UA warehouse management and UA/IBM developers with salient information to assist in determining where defects reside• Collaborate with client, business owner, SMEs and developers on defect corrective actions

• Perform on-site client facing analysis and recommendations with respect to new system/old system interface, output, and data modeling• Provide SCEPTRE SME/Systems Analyst knowledge to DXC/UA WMS (supply chain) project• Train internal developers on SCEPTRE functionality• Collaborate with my DXC business analyst peer on creation and delivery of the overarching WMS business requirements document • Research SCEPTRE production problems and provide solution recommendations• SQL query and reporting
