Globality is an AI-powered platform for smart sourcing of professional services. As a manager in Globality's platform operations team, I worked to ensure exceptional client experience of Globality's product. My work entailed extensive cross-functional collaboration with category experts, AI/ML/data science teams, product, engineering, as well as customer and provider success teams. My core focus and directive was to support, initiate, and lead various work streams to improve the performance of our AI.

Supervised three graduate student consulting teams as they prepared and completed deliverables for public and non-profit clients. Made recommendations to improve the logic, professionalism, and rigor of team reports and presentations. Trained first-year graduate students in policy analysis, writing style and mechanics, data visualization, consulting skills, and formal presentation skills. At the request of professors, made recommendations to streamline instruction and minimize unproductive class time. Created materials to instruct future teams on the fundamentals of academic literature reviews.

Working in the political section of the US Embassy, I produced executive daily reports and analysis on the 2014 Indonesian presidential election as well as in-depth cables on particular political developments. I researched, assessed, and reported on changes in Indonesia's electoral process from 2009 to 2014. I analyzed and reported on the credibility and reliability of several dozen Indonesian public opinion polling organizations.

Lived with a host family as the only PCV in a rural East Java village. Worked primarily as an English teacher at the local state Islamic high school. Trained local English teachers in planning, content delivery, and assessment, and taught 257 students alongside them in the classroom. Established fully sustainable extracurricular clubs to encourage English learning, leadership training, and peer-mentoring. Developed locally appropriate, student-centered teaching strategies. Carried out multiple extracurricular projects, including collaborating to organize and carry out a multi-day girls empowerment camp (iGLOW), training students for scholastic competitions, and painting a world map mural with student volunteers. Led training sessions for other Volunteers in multiple training events. Served on Volunteer Advisory Committee, an intermediary between Peace Corps Volunteers and Peace Corps staff.

Coordinated communication with US government stakeholders, program alumni, and points of contact in US embassies abroad. Collaborated with mid-level civilian and defense officials from over twenty countries in the NESA region in counterterrorism, strategic communication, and senior executive seminars. Designed outreach materials and created compendium of country-specific strategic summaries.
