Tahoe Paperboard is a board/packaging grade sheeting company that sheets special sizes of packaging/board grade stocks for the Western US Print/Packaging Markets.

Increased sheeter program efficiencies through creative order management, program troubleshooting and customer collaboration. Responsibilities included, but not limited to, management of staff, estimating, scheduling, managing all sheeter orders. Managed union employees for a 24hr operation - 6 years. Also responsible for employee safety and of all OSHA, EPA and Spicers Mgmt./Union standards throughout the plant - 2 years

Responsible for pre-planning and pricing finished product converted from customer supplied raw materials.

Responsible for pre-planning, pricing as well as the procurement of materials for web and sheetfed based printed projects produced throughout West Coast Colorgraphics/Cenveo Commercial Print Facilities.Daily layout/design creations with complex diecut/gluing/folding projects as well as concept collateral.Helped to create new, current pricing standards within Hagen Estimating System through equipment efficiency research. Worked closely with internal departments inclusive of planning, prepress and production as well as outside bindery/finishing/paper vendors to help produce products with lowest costs and environmental impacts.Worked closely with sales making trips to customer locations, when necessary, to better explain ideas and efficiencies related to customer's designs, concepts and budgets.
