Mr. Dolan has been a member of the Virginia State Bar since 1979. In private practice for 10 years following his graduation from law school, Mr. Dolan represented various Richmond area developers and builders. Later employed as in-house counsel to a multi-national manufacturing company, Mr. Dolan had legal responsibility for a broad range of corporate matters, including real estate issues, for his employer.
