FirstBank is uniquely positioned to capture market share in Nashville by growing its deposits and loan portfolio - through community bank relationships and money center bank sophistication; so I am excited and enthused about the opportunity to serve as Regional Director of Private Banking.FirstBank is the State's third largest domiciled bank, with assets of $12.7 billion. The Bank is customer service driven and has built its base of 85 branches through steady and consistent operating focus. FirstBank started in 1906 as a community bank but now has almost 2500 associates with branches all across Tennessee, Southern Kentucky, North Alabama and North Georgia. We have grown our locations in the major metropolitan areas of Memphis, Nashville, Knoxville and Chattanooga; and we have the infrastructure in place to provide extensive service offerings for personal and business customers. We also have strong mortgage expertise with mortgage locations across the Southeast.FirstBank was solely owned by Mr. James W. Ayers until going public in October, 2016. He has led by example and has been extremely gracious in his support of various causes by giving back to the Communities we serve, helping put over 2400 students through college. It is an honor to be part of an organization led by a man of his character and integrity. With the 2020 Franklin Synergy Bank merger, FirstBank stands to take a leading role in the Middle Tennessee market, and the private banking opportunities are great.

PartnerAnderson Benson Insurance And Risk Management Jan 2016 - Mar 2016NashvilleI joined Anderson Benson Insurance and Risk Management for a brief time as the principals and I sought to build personal and commercial lines insurance business. Our strategy was for me to help negotiate the acquisition of smaller independent agencies in the Nashville area; and the business plan called for me to manage the personal lines business, retaining a significant interest in the personal lines entity, while directing commercial lines business to Anderson Benson. George Anderson and Reno Benson are two of the finest people I have ever worked with; and they have built a wonderful agency business, creating a professional culture that is complimented by many great people.

PresidentCommunity Care Solutions Jan 2014 - Dec 2015401 Commerce Street, Suite 740, Nashville, Tn 37219The Company was formed from the pain management division of Covenant Surgical Partners. We changed the business model from one strictly focused on performing interventional procedures to one based on a comprehensive approach to treating chronic pain management. The comprehensive approach relied on a Certified Physician or Nurse Practitioner overseen by a Board Certified MDA to assess chronic pain patients, develop an appropriate plan of care and provide follow up services. Treatment ranged from medication management to physical therapy, psychotherapy, interventional procedures and other services. We sought to partner with community based Hospitals in order to bring the delivery of care to the patients, thereby reducing outmigration. Hospitals have imaging capabilities and lab services that allow for urinalysis screening to ensure compliance with medication treatment.
