My name is Tim Dunn and I have retired from the Railroad and am currently working as a field representative for Kujawski Marcus LLC. I have 27 years of railroad experience, beginning in 1986 with the Florida East Coast Railroad as a Brakeman and receiving the promotion to Locomotive Engineer the following year. Eight years later I hired on as an engineer with Wisconsin Central in Steven’s Point, Wisconsin. In 1998 I moved to Southern Illinois and hired on with Illinois Central. I have been responsible for the legislative portion of union dues for over 3,700 active and retired brothers/ Sisters 41 divisions and 13 general committees. I am also responsible for all budgetary matters including payroll, state and federal taxes, insurance, monthly expenditures and all necessary documents including the end of year L-M report. I have participated in negotiations with representatives of Class I railroads in regards to legislation being presented by the BLE-T ISLB. My previous experiences also include the duties and obligations of the following offices: • Vice Local Chairman.
