Since graduating from Leicester polytechnic in the early 90s I have gained a wealth of experience as both an in-house and consultant product designer.In 2009 I set up Think Product Design which merged with another local consultancy in 2014 to create Cambridge Industrial Design.A developing interest in medical device design and human factors engineering led me to take up a permanent position with Coalesce Product Development in 2018 as Head of Industrial Design and Human Factors.When Sandoz acquired Coalesce in 2002 and I continued as Head of Industrial Design and Human Factors at the newly formed Sandoz Device Development Centre in CambridgeSpecialities: Industrial Design, Product Engineering, Human Factors, Computer Aided Design and VisualisationI love designing products that enhance people's lives by working well and looking great. I believe in simplicity in both form and function, and that every element in a design must work hard to justify its existence!
