Also the generation and signing off of quotes, certificates of conformity, delivery notes and invoices.On completion, I evaluated each project and produced reports for profitability and continuous improvement.

Duties involved the day to day running of a busy retail outlet, including stock control and ordering of replacement stock, cash management and as key-holder. I was in charge of a busy repair / servicing garage, employing 2 mechanics and a van hire fleet with 8 vehicles. I was responsible for hiring new staff members for several shops within the group and the initial training to a satisfactory level.After working for the company for 5 years my role evolved so that if a shop was underperforming I would work there to find the root cause. I would then need to report the reasons and make the necessary corrective action to bring the performance of the store up to an acceptable level.
