Number of initiatives being driven forward, IFDS Project cost (reduction) and delivery (improvement) challenge. • Joint implementation of projects, (RDR, CRS, MIFID II for example). Pro active approach to industry developments, currently on Closed CASS working group and MIFID II discussion group. • Company representative at various industry and provider meetings to represent and protect the companies interests.• Escalation point for day to day queries and incidents e.g. ownership of IFDS outage and subsequent project.• Ah Hoc projects, e.g. In-Specie Transfers, procedure writing and document review, distributor SLA's for example.
