Senior Manger in the programmes/operations team within the HCA Investment directorate working on the set up and delivery of the agency’s £2bn Infrastructure and Housing Zones programmes, part of the Home Building Fund, which will provide commercial loans to developers and enabling support to local authorities to deliver complex regeneration and infrastructure projects. Principally responsible for working across Credit Risk, Transactions, Portfolio and Finance teams to manage budgets and delivery targets in line with expectations and policy goals.

On secondment to the Programme Management team in the Housing & Land directorate my work has included: Specifying changes to the GLA’s Investment Management System (IMS) as part of the 2015-18 Mayor’s Housing Covenant programme;Testing of the new 2015-18 IMS offers system and the production of guidance for bidders;Development of the GLA assessment framework for the 2015-18 programme including use of grant modelling and benchmarks;Liaison with HCA regulation directorate on requirements and timescales for reviewing Financial Forecast Returns and assessing submitted bids; Liaison with DCLG on the publication of official statistics for market and affordable housing as part of the Mayor’s target to deliver 100,000 affordable homes in London; Liaison with HCA on the performance of delegated programmes in London such as Help to Buy;Ongoing budget and output monitoring of the GLA’s affordable and land & property programmes across London

Programme Manager in the Land & Regeneration team at the HCA working on the agency’s land and investment programmes (property & regeneration, Kickstart, Build to Rent and Local Infrastructure Fund) responsible for: Performance management across five HCA operating areas Management of the Kickstart Housing Delivery programme investing in excess of £600m to deliver market and affordable housingLiaison with housebuilders and registered providers to manage delivery of market driven shared equity and affordable housing managed through IMS as part of the Kickstart programme. Project officer in the investment planning unit initially on a new build housing project identifying and assessing potential development sites across existing holdings. Further to this I worked on the Decent Homes and wider capital programme as part of the capital finance team working with local investment teams and maintenance contractors to monitor performance across the city
