I am in charge of the sale from the moment customers walk in the door to meeting them in their home for measure. Asking for the sale is easy when your company buys better than anyone in the business! I use my years of experience and knowledge of flooring to find the best product for the job. My easy going nature and relationship building skills puts my customers at ease so they can concentrate on buying the flooring they need.

I was responsible for all training, schedules, payroll, operations, for the entire staff as well as training the Store manager in all aspects of the store. I was also responsible for all HR concerns, hiring and all disciplinary actions, a constantly revolving 3 million dollar a year inventory of appliances and clothing. I also handled all customer "opportunities" which set me apart from my piers an helped me to be a successful manager.

I was in charge of approximately 150 accounts that included contractors, designers, flooring installers, Property managers, builders, commercial accounts and realtors. I would meet with these professionals and help them with their flooring knowledge as well as met their needs for an expert to handle their clients.
