Tim Ford entered the events industry just over a decade ago after completing higher education in sound engineering. He was hired by an AV production house and after working his way up to senior project manager, helped develop the company to one of the most sought out suppliers in Hong Kong. In 2015, Tim helped establish another technical event company, focussing on providing technical direction to event agencies and corporate high-end events and activations. Tim works closely with clients throughout the life cycle of an event from ideation to leading teams onsite during builds as a TD and throughout the live event itself as a show caller. He specialises in global luxury charity galas that gain large media attention due to money raised and celebrity attendance and performance, completing shows in Cannes, London, Sardinia, Florence, Monaco, Los Angeles, New York, Singapore, Bangkok, Ho Chi Minh, Tokyo, Osaka, Beijing, Shanghai and of course Hong Kong. Since co-founding MOOON, Tim looks forward to continuing the journey helping to realise client vision as well as spending time on business development and branding.
