I am one of Creature’s founders and have worked in the design, advertising and marketing communications industry since 1996. I have broad experience, working across digital, DM, brand, campaign and product development. I have worked with global brands Orange UK, Global CCS, Virgin Megastores and Siemens Mobile. In New Zealand my work has included work for Chorus, Westpac, Meridian Energy, Deaf Aotearoa, New Zealand Police, Kiwi Property, Port Marlborough and Disabled Persons Assembly, among others.I consider my role as that of 'Creative Operations'. It's the outcome of my experience in the industry working in both senior creative and producer roles. My producer skills focus on people, design & production, process analysis and workflow management with an emphasis on team leadership. My core design skills are typography and brand vi. I consider myself to have a well developed 'left-brain/right-brain' balance which produces creative and often lateral solutions to every-day problems faced by our clients and team.I hold a passion for the arts with a focus on festival and artist promotion and am an enthusiastic amateur musician. These passions also inform my approach to design and campaign content.I'm interested in assisting SME businesses define their brand story, solve problems and realise their goals. I find the energy of start-ups contagious and I really enjoy the positive dynamic of a team operating at their peak.
