Worked closely with Accounting, Operational personnel and regional controllers around the world to put accounting policies and procedures in place to effectively compile global financial statements which could be relied upon and used by Senior Management to support operational decision making for the Company. Successfully supported and completed Fiscal Audit with Outside Audit Firm as primary contact person within Company.

Led an approximately 65 person accounting and treasury department to provide financial reporting and operational accounting support to North American operations of Australian-based World-wide Food Company(Fleischmann's Yeast, Spice Island Spices, Tones Bros. Spices and other industrial ingredient brands). Responsible for Canadian and US GAAP based financial statements.Successfully supported the move of the Company's operations from the SF Bay Area to several midwest locations.
