Provide clients with trial expertise and experience gleaned over 30 years managing all aspects of clinical trials of drugs and biologic products. Including in this would be advice on the best in practice trial processes that are tailored to fit the product under investigation.

Develop PM infrastructure components as follows:- Create and implement a PM Dashboard application to manage project metrics. Initial version created in MS Excel and migrated to a SQL platform in 2009- Develop a full library of class and computer based PM training modules. The complete library will contain approximately 25 modules to address aspects of Clinical Project Management both for Early and Late Phase studies- Build a Resource Management tool to assist with comparing project demands against head count supply across Project Managers, Clinical Research Associates, Clinical Site Specialists, and Regulatory Document Associates- Create a comprehensive project execution checklist to cover a trial from start to finish. The checklist will integreate links to company SOPs as well as UBC processses and document templates- Provide training to PMs across all units of UBC including internationial offices

Provided oversight and development of 3 levels of Project Managers and the projects they managed; there were ~30 PMs in the department.- Created peformance standards across all three levels- Managed monthly project review opportunites- Created 7 sets of behaivor interview questions focused on the PM- Managed resources for current and new projects- Particpated in weekly proposals calls- Operational oversight of endocrinology project

Managed an operational staff consisting of fifteen Project Managers, twenty Administrative staff and a functional Manager for over twenty projectsResponsibilities included:- Providing guidance and supervision in resolution of daily operational issues both domestically and globally- Instruction in the use and interpretation of over 100 project metrics and MicroSoft Project- Tracked staffing needs to ensure adequate resources for upcoming project assignments, hired new staff, conducted performance reviews and managed performance issues - Assisted in development of Best Practices, created training materials, developed resource models for programs and devised organizational charts.- Assisted Business Development by presenting general capabilities and PRA project methodology to potential clients and served as operational advisor for RFPs- Defend monthly revenue projects/changes to Sr. Management- Conducted monthly domestic and global Project Review
