A subject matter expert in the use of SAP S4Hana and Success Factors and work with key stakeholders across HR to drive continuous improvement projects. Working closely in collaboration with the TEC department to ensure key improvements are prioritised and progressed and business objectives are translated effectively into technical deliverables. Coordinating of the user acceptance testing on all system changes across the HR space, ensuring smooth implementation and realisation of benefits.

Providing support to the Employee Relations & Reward, Talent, Business Partners and H&S Team by providing management information (MI) through data analysis, and the creation of reports to aid and direct initiatives within HR.Providing comprehensive support to the key reward initiatives including annual pay and bonus review processes, running job evaluation processes, carrying out salary benchmarking and benefit administration.
