- Assist with the implementation of all aspects of training programs for Football, Women’s Swim and Dive, Track and Field, Cross Country, and Men’s Golf- Design and execute dryland training (mobility, core, injury prevention) for Women’s Swimming- Assist with respective teams’ lifts to ensure quality of movements (Olympic lifts, strength lifts, etc.) and safety of the student-athlete- Assist in student-athlete screens and performance testing, including VO2 max testing- Execute daily maintenance and upkeep of facility to maintain a safe and professional environment- Lead training sessions for Women’s Swim and Dive and Men’s Golf in the absence the primary strength and conditioning coach- Communicate with Athletic Trainers and sport coaches to ensure the student-athletes are monitored and individual needs are met- Completed 12-week internship curriculum
