I am responsible for supervising a team of employees who perform all day to day translations updates, research issues, and resolve troubles, in the DMS250 and DMS300 switches. My team is also responsible for the as implementation and monitoring of DMS300 product traffic for IST, I800, IOS, IVPN, GVPN, PREMIERE, and Switched Data services. I am responsible for creating and reviewing yearly objectives that align with the business needs of the translations group. I work with outside organizations to create and impIement results driven expectations. These results are then documented in System Level Agreements (SLAs) which are managed accordingly. I supervise 2 exempt and 7 non exempt employees. I coach and counsel my employees to create SMART objectives and robust IDPs for their performance management documents which I review each year.

I was responsible for the design, testing, and implementation of the Next Generation Voice Network switching platform. This included the software upgrade from the SNO6.2 version to the SNO7 software version. I was responsible for securing the funding needed to purchase the SNO7 STIC hardware which totaled more than $4 million. I was responsible for the design of the international routing scheme on the NGVN switching platform. This included coordinated lab testing with Nortel, the NGVN vendor of choice. This testing provided Call detail records, SS7 messaging, and call flows to ensure that the DMS300 features could be implemented in the NGIS platforms transparently. I was currently finishing the SNO7 software upgrade and moving into the wireless arena supported by Lucent. I was beginning to work with the software load on the Plexus platform used for the SWAT application in New York. I also have experience with local access. I was part of the team that completed the Allegiance outsourcing project. I was responsible for writing the Network Detailed Design Document and resolving issues with translations and transport.

I was responsible for implementation of the E911 PCS applications and routing schemes. I was tasked with several PCS projects involving routing and the relationship between the PCS network and its call flow to the Sprint long distance network. I was also responsible for overseeing all DMS300 activities to include software loads and new products. Technician involved in digilator recovery effort, often using out of the box resolution to continue operation of the DMS300 platform. I was responsible for creating routing applications needed to meet industry requirements. I was the POC for resolution of billing issues and all complex international issues. I was responsible for training documentation and instruction to international translation analyst.
