    I was responsible for the design, testing, and implementation of the Next Generation Voice Network switching platform. This included the software upgrade from the SNO6.2 version to the SNO7 software version. I was responsible for securing the funding needed to purchase the SNO7 STIC hardware which totaled more than $4 million. I was responsible for the design of the international routing scheme on the NGVN switching platform. This included coordinated lab testing with Nortel, the NGVN vendor of choice. This testing provided Call detail records, SS7 messaging, and call flows to ensure that the DMS300 features could be implemented in the NGIS platforms transparently. I was currently finishing the SNO7 software upgrade and moving into the wireless arena supported by Lucent. I was beginning to work with the software load on the Plexus platform used for the SWAT application in New York. I also have experience with local access. I was part of the team that completed the Allegiance outsourcing project. I was responsible for writing the Network Detailed Design Document and resolving issues with translations and transport.
