I have been employed in the accounting and insolvency profession continuously since 1996, having commenced my career in a professional services firm in Canberra before moving to RSM Australia in 2008. From an early age, I was surrounded by Clubs and not-for-profits, agribusiness and also the perks of growing up in a small country town (600 people small!) in regional NSW. My role sees me travel throughout the regions guiding individuals and businesses out of financial difficulty, providing insolvency and associated debt solutions, resolving disputes that arise in business, undertaking corporate reviews and investigations, and improving the governance and financial performance of not-for-profits, Indigenous Corporations, Registered Clubs and various other community-controlled entities.I am uniquely positioned to pursue improved outcomes for organisations that may not be functioning as well as they could. My role is at times the difference between a business continuing or closing forever. To my clients and wider network, I am recommended for my independent and pragmatic advice, including my ability to make the difficult seem easy. This includes resolving disputes, developing and implementing complex debt solutions and managing sensitive and commercial financial and governance issues.
