• Designed detailed technical engineering submittals and CAD drawings to engineers, EPC firms and utilities for specification approvals - per specifications/standards (ASTM, ASE, NEMA) to include: Pump control- booster and deep well, altitude/float level control, pressure reducing stations, UL/FM listed fire protection/oil platforms, media back-flush, water metering with pulse transmission, irrigation applications, check valves, oil separation, pressure/flow–solenoid positioning valves in conjunction with transducers/digital signals devices interfacing to PLC and SCADA telemetry.• Researched various anti-corrosion material applications: various grades of stainless steel, monel, delrin and epoxy coated products; elastomers of Viton, EPDM, Buna-N and Neoprene rubber products.• Created extensive rebuild/installation/operation/maintenance manuals (IOM's) for all model control valves, products & hydrometers.• Adapted PLC program set-up parameters with various elaborate controllers interfacing with positioning-solenoid control valve to control flow and/or pressure in specified distribution and irrigation systems.• Provided Bill of Materials (BOMS), detailed parts-kit lists, plumbing/electrical materials within the MS Oracle Business software platform.
