Responsibilities include management of $70MM inventory, initial fill rates for 115,000 active items, backlog releases, order cancellations, disposal of surplus inventory, shipments, and development of seasonal hiring schedules.

Responsible for planning and design of all expansions of the material handling system in the company’s distribution center. Partnered with all levels of management throughout the organization in order to gain alignment when implementing change.
