- Work with the Support Worship Arts Team to prepare and execute for all gatherings.- Train required production positions for weekly gatherings.- Responsible for executing local production gathering needs for the Anderson campus.- Lead and shepherd audio, lighting, and video volunteers.- Help oversee production set changes.- Help maintain AVL equipment.

- Tested, cleaned, troubleshot, installed, and configured computer equipment including PCs, printers, monitors, and related peripherals for the national office and the field.- Assisted company staff and building tenants with set-up of projectors, PC, sound, videoplayback or recording, and sound reinforcement for staff meetings.- In charge of handling 200+ accounts providing prompt and ongoing support for users in application programs.- Experience with administrative cloud storage management.- Enforced security policies and took preventative measures to prevent malware provided education for those who were infected.

- Responsible for Prison Fellowship’s training and educational program initiatives that range from traditional leader-led to advanced technology based courses and support materials.- Expanded educational technology, multimedia production, and authoring skills by assisting in various aspects of Prison Fellowship’s instructional design and development processes.
