EvergreenHealth is a regional healthcare system with two hospitals, 48 specialty clinics, 13 primary care practices and eight urgent care centers. Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center is a world-class cancer care and research institution. The cancer center on the EvergreenHealth campus is a CoC accredited partnership between EvergreenHealth and Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center. I am responsible for development and oversight of the joint program.

Oversaw the Sioux City regional operations of Iowa Health Home Care; including home care, home medical equipment, pediatrics, infusion and Lifeline. Responsibilities included operations, staff oversight, budgets, processes, efficiencies and growth.

Directed marketing, communications, advertising, sales and business development functions for all service lines; including home care, home medical equipment, infusion, private duty, hospice, pediatrics and Lifeline. Supervised call center operations and marketing staff; and was a member of senior management.

Planned and implemented marketing communications efforts for three of the organization's major service lines including the John Stoddard Cancer Center, Younker Rehabilitation and Cardiovascular Services. Efforts included advertising, media relations, direct marketing, website maintenance and development, focus groups and research, branding and crisis management.

Clients included John Deere, Iowa Department of Natural Resources, Proctor and Gamble, Great-West Life & Annuity Company, Bandag and Iowa Health System.

Clients included Maytag, Casey's General Stores, Community State Bank, the National Sprint Car Hall of Fame and Museum and Newton Manufacturing Company.
