With this promotion I was able to drive the development of Fender Play and improve user retention +3%. Working with reduced budget, our team continually published new content to the platform and introduced new learning paths which increased completion rates by 7%. ➕ By closely monitoring quantitive and qualitative user data I ensured that new content had maximum impact to our existing community, but could also be utilized for prospecting new users. ➕ Using regular live streams, direct user support and content drops, I maintained high levels of engagement with the platform and grew our existing player community 1% every month. In 2020, Fender Play was offered to school districts and education organizations to support remote learning. This lead to partnerships with LAUSD, Boys and Girls Club, Hawaii DOE, and more. In my role, I developed resources and professional development which lead to high numbers of teacher adoption. Over 30k teachers and students used Fender Play as a platform to support learning both virtually and in the classroom.

Planning, writing, transcribing, and reviewing lesson scripts to be produced for Fender Play. My primary focus was on editing for the end user. This entailed ensuring the copy was concise and easy-to-understand.
