I work on and help lead a Business Banking team that focuses on exceptional customer relations. We want our clients to really get to know us so we can form a genuine partnership. As a player/coach, I try to lead my team by example towards an excellent working relationship with clients, co-workers and other partners. I have high expectations for myself and my team but I want us all to enjoy fun and fulfilling lives. When not focused on my day job, I enjoy volunteering as a youth baseball coach. I am also an active member of the St. Juliana Men’s Club that helps raise money for the St. Juliana School and church. Most of this volunteer time is centered on time spent with my wife and four children.
