Current• Managing and directing engineering resources against KPI’s for schedule, engineer utilisation and project efficiencies.• Managing and directing support staff to support the engineering function of the facility.• Assisting in accomplishing human resources strategies by communications and enforcing values, policies and procedures. Mentoring engineers and support staff by providing input into employee appraisal, and reviewing/recognising job contributions.• Completing aircraft maintenance input planning oversight and work pack production from customers maintenance tracking documents including production of hangar work packs in electronic and hard copy formats.• Tech records oversight and managing the recording and dispatch of completed aircraft work packs.• Competent user of numerous IT systems, Excel, Word, Power Point, WinAir, Maintenance Manuals and Illustrated Parts Catalogues.• Control of the facility husbandry on a daily basis and identify facility improvements.• Providing hands on maintenance activities and certification of aircraft types in work.
