Operations Management
Current- Lead manufacturing system emphasizing teamwork, safety, training and discipline.
- Develop standardized work management staff by designing and/or documenting the best work sequence of each process.
- Direct floor activities and utilize TPS techniques to standardize process/methods, identify wastes.
- Coordinate safety, quality, productivity and cost improvement projects.
- Coordinate with Assist Manager to hire and place new team members.
- Must be innovative and proactive in predicting abnormalities and finding solutions to correct.
