Current• Lead manufacturing system emphasizing teamwork, safety, training and discipline.• Develop standardized work management staff by designing and/or documenting the best work sequence of each process.• Direct floor activities and utilize TPS techniques to standardize process/methods, identify wastes.• Coordinate safety, quality, productivity and cost improvement projects.• Coordinate with Assist Manager to hire and place new team members.• Must be innovative and proactive in predicting abnormalities and finding solutions to correct.• Responsible for daily production performance tracking.• Responsible for training team members/team leaders to assure training is effective and correct sub standard performance.• Use key performance indicators as a method of continuous improvement.• Exhibit quality communication skills to designate to team leaders and work with other departments to promote team work. • Show positive supervisory skills by actively nurturing staff and leading by example.• Understand and execute all TBIN policies and procedures efficiently.• Develop employee relations centered on trust and teamwork.
