My twenty years in arts charities has been driven by a desire to empower people from all backgrounds to take charge of their own careers, build successful careers, and contribute to a diverse arts culture which enriches us all. Currently leading BAFTA's inclusion strategy, with key responsibilities in overseeing the Learning Programme, driving a diverse membership, and collaborating with industry partners to cultivate a more inclusive work culture. Implemented the adoption of the BFI Diversity Standards within BAFTA's awards eligibility and authored BAFTA's Bullying and Harassment Guidance, which garnered the support of 40+ organisations. As one of the two executive leads for the BAFTA 2020 Review, drove wide-ranging changes to awards voting and processes which resulted in a much more diverse list of nominees.
