I am a fixer. I my first year I have taken the worse and made it work. There is always a computer/automated solution for anything, you just have to be willing to work around the many rules and road blocks to get there. The more the longer it takes, but you will get there. I work with any Linux and Databases. I can build/design systems and solution that meet Security requirements 100% with no POAMs. I have built 7 completed systems for all the Government. My most complex is still in operation, my largest is not, my DISA JRSS security collection system is now my largest and running world-wide. I am back in the world of patching and seeing how a Government organization can take something so simple and make it complicated. This is my next fix.

Developed an eight node RAC system that could handle 150K events a second. Built a Oracle system that was able to ingest 800,000 records per second. Oracle is able to ingest 2 million records a second with the right hardware while being queried a few minutes later. Exadata and RAC and normal database tuning and optimization. Responsible for the security of all SCIF's and computer networks in S. Korea. Conducted site inspections and installed and configured computer systems with the latest patches. Designed security measures and procedures to reduce risk and delays for reporting threats. Designed a TEST of fake random virus notifications to verify individuals respond properly when receiving a virus. Tested new systems for implementation to be added to the network. Managed contraction oversight of SCIF's for proper security procedures. Visited all SCIF's in Korea for revalidation.

Awarded Innovator of the year for gathering NATO and DOD data from the Gulf War and building a fluid query system to ask any combination of questions, using the fields and values.
