Working with multiple VOA facilities across the country to train new employees on the billing procedures and provide support and correct any billing issues the Business Office Managers may need assistance with. Involved with transition of all VOA Assisted Living facilities to Point Click Care. Also working with Point Click Care on Software implementation for our Home Health facility in Colorado.Billing to all major insurances and Medicare.Reconciliation of accounts and claims with Insurance companies, Medicare and Private Parties.Ensure accurate data for month end close reporting. Monthly review of accounts to process adjustments and ensure accuracy.Safeguarding of private resident information according to the The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Customer service responsibilities: Answering phone calls regarding resident accounts from and to all payers. Resolving billing issues with resident accounts for all payers. Helping residents to understand their accounts with our facilities and reassuring them on their account questions. Meet with Facility Administrators as well as Regional Directors and A/R Manager to discuss the Accounts Receivable ledger.
