I joined the Ademero team in 2007 as a Solutions Consultant, better known as Sales. I not only sold directly to customers, but I also continued to build and maintain a partner channel. During the 4 years as a consultant, Ademero sales and channel grew exponentially, and we continued to grow with additional personnel as well. Our year over year growth continues to increase.

After hurricane Katrina hit the gulf coast in 2005, our team was sent onsite in New Orleans to handle claims for multiple Insurance companies, as well as those insurance companies under the Louisiana Citizens Insurance umbrella. Initially, I worked as an independent adjuster for homeowners and flood policies. After a few weeks, I was promoted to the CAT manager of the operation. We had 60 independent adjusters working for H&S.
