I used to be extremely unhappy with my body.I used to look at fit guys and think "wow that must be nice."I was upwards of 30% body fat, I felt the least confident I had ever been, and to top it all off I was flunking all of my exams. This was the lowest I had ever felt physically, mentally, and spiritually.It was time to make a change. I tried fad diet after fad diet. I tried every workout regimen you could imagine: at home workouts, gym workouts, 2 days per week, every day of the week... the list goes on.Some worked, some didn't. But over years of trial and error I finally learned the one lesson that shaped my career.
