Over 25 years experience as an Administrator, Program Director, Physical Therapist, Sales Experience, Human Resource Manager and Educator in clinical and non-clinical settings. I have developed, delivered and managed comprehensive physical therapy and rehabilitation service programs that maintained the highest standards of quality and provided education to others to meet these same standards, provided sales services in both programming and product to enhance care. • I have provided effective leadership of clinical and non-clinical physical therapy program training, educating staff to improve their skills and competencies across 55 facilities resulting in improved clinical outcomes and significant program development for those facilities. • I also assisted in facilitating sales activities for the ACP Physical Therapy programs to boost ACP's therapy client facilities' use of ACP equipment and programs, effectively developing business opportunities with new physical therapy clients.I started my professional career after graduation with a position in physical therapy at several companies to gain experience in Physical therapy treatment programs. I then returned to school to obtain a Masters in Business Adm., and then moved into Physical Therapy Management positions. Eventually that transitioned into more of an educator and consultant role for physical therapists in areas of work injuries and injury prevention and ultimately into geriatric care with multiple physical therapy program protocols.
