I’m a chartered quantity surveyor and commercial project manager with unusually broad strategic, technical and managerial experience.I've spent the last 15 years working with world-class Capital Projects teams and am currently with Global Capital Projects at Dyson as Global Commercial Lead. Prior to this I spent 13 years with Corporate Real Estate Solutions at Barclays Bank as a commercial manager progressing to Head of Commercial Management, Capital Projects (Europe) and Head of the Client Portfolio Management Office.I have experience of running diverse project teams across the range of asset classes and am able to work at a strategic level whilst retaining an eye for the detail with a strong risk and controls focus. I am a trusted advisor able to operate in a fast-changing environment.Prior to my Capital Projects involvement, I was director of a private quantity surveying and project management practice working with owner-occupier clients such as Graff Diamonds International in the acquisition and delivery of their London West-End headquarters and jewellery production workshops, Warr’s Harley-Davidson Motorcycles in the acquisition and construction of their flagship showrooms, offices and servicing facilities on the King’s Road, London and Rothmans International in the acquisition and development of production facilities and science and technology centre projects in the UK and mainland Europe.
