Working with an internationally recognised and respected company to introduce a new EASA-style set of aviation regulations and supporting expositions into the Royal Air Force of Oman's aircraft engineering division.I have been producing Part M and Part 145 Aviation Regulations and supporting documentation packages in plain and standard English, to suit military CAMOs and AMOs operating in English as a second language.Continuing to advise the organisation's senior management on aircraft maintenance policy and airworthines issues.

Responsible for the routine management of the organisation's QMS, including the undertaking of 2nd party audits as the Lead Auditor and continued editing and updating of the Qualty Manual.Additionally responsible for the revising and editing of engineering regulatory and management instructions and supporting documentation, together with advising senior engineering managers on the implementation of aircaft engineering and airworthiness policy.

I put the Engineering QMS in place and wrote the Quality Manual. I conducted Quality Audits (as lead auditor) at all Aircraft operating bases in Oman.

I planned and supervised helicopter depth maintenance inspections.
