In 2014 I have been engaged on a contract basis by Fielden Limited, Aldeburgh. I have been looking at office procedures, land buying investigations, project proposals as well as project surveying.From 2010 to 2013 engaged as interim Project Manager to develop new policy and procedure for the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham's Tenancy Fraud Initiative that resulted in over £4 million in savings to the public purse. I completed an interim QS audit for Metropolitan Housing in NottinghamThis followed a sucessful four month interim assignment as Senior Quantity Surveyor at Ipswich Borough Council.I completed an Audit based Investigation in a Quantity Surveying capacity for Merlin Housing Society in Bristol that resulted in a significantly positive result for the client.I continue to offer a Quantity Surveying Service to my clients

I was responsible for marketing estimating quantity surveying and contract's management functions within a small branch office of a regional construction contractor

I managed production and internal distribution of pre cast concrete flooring products and was responsible for maintenance, planning, quality assurance and all day to day aspects of the RC225 production. I was responsible for 20+ individuals on a range of shifts. I created quality and full safety manuals for my area of the business. A thoroughly enjoyable job!

I was employed as a Detective on the Economic and Computer Crime Unit and was the Constabulary's first combined accredited financial , fraud and forensic computer examiner.I was trained in EnCase, I2 and was able to carry out complex investigations autonomously. I left the constabulary to build upon my experience in Industry with a view to gaining a more commercial investigators position!

My first spell with this company involved a variety of estimating, contracts management and quantity surveying experiences gained in running a number of small contracts for local authorities, Civil Service Departments.
