Tim is a Certified Senior Professional Wetland Scientist, Wisconsin DNR Professional Assured Wetland Delineator, Certified Minnesota Wetland Professional, Botanist, Project Manager, Supervisor and Office Manager. He has 30 years of professional consulting experience serving public and private clients in the Midwest. This includes extensive experience as a senior field ecologist, project manager and multidisciplinary team leader working across all industry sectors, especially energy and utilities. He has a thorough understanding of the scientific, technical, and regulatory aspects of small to large complex projects ranging from one acre to thousands of acres in size and hundreds of miles of linear utilities.Tim has considerable experience coordinating projects with local, state, and federal regulatory agencies, especially for utility, transportation, public and private development projects. He works closely with clients and agencies through all phases of project development from concept to construction and beyond. This includes project support for agency coordination, planning, routing and siting, environmental field surveys, alternatives analysis and impact evaluation, mitigation, environmental studies and documents, regulatory permitting, compliance inspection, monitoring and more.
