Tim’s nationally recognized training content is used in over 125 schools nationwide and is used to issue industry-based credentials to thousands of students and apprentices annually. The credentials have fueled sales growth in a previously untapped market while increasing brand strength with the next generations of trades professionals.As a technical support leader, Tim leveraged the expertise of his team to establish the first in-house, factory service center for the company. The service center created a direct connection to the customer through warranty and non-warranty repairs that enhanced product design and continues to capture multiple millions in repair revenues annually.In addition to being a training professional, Tim is a husband, father, performing musician, sports fan and avid cook.
