I have been an international management consultant for the last 30 years. For the last 22 years, I was Managing Director of ISQ International. ISQ had a team of 16 specialists who provided a range of services to both Industry and Education. Our specialisms were management consulting, change management, security, marketing and IT.During the last 22 years, ISQ worked with a range of commercial clients from law firms to large corporates. In the education sector, we worked with over 800 independent schools worldwide and we had an enviable reputation as one of the leading consultants in this sector.In addition, I have a background in education project management following a 20 year career as a Deputy Head, Head of Department, Housemaster and Teacher in independent sector boarding schools.I worked with a project team that built two City Technology Colleges in the 1990s and I was Overall Project Manager of five new City Academies with budgets between £30m and £100m.Since 2023 I have been running Lane International Ltd which specialises in remote IT support for management teams in schools and colleges globally.
