In addition, I have traveled both domestically and internationally to deliver training and policy information. I have created, scheduled, and coordinated application software classes and designed training classes, courseware, technical manuals, and computer-based training (CBT). My day-to-day responsibilities cover the operation of customer system training, both practical and theoretical. I regularly consult with subject matter experts and system developers to design the most effective training solutions possible. I am committed to adult education and work very hard to improve the knowledge and skills of the people who come to any class I conduct or use any materials I create.
