Tim is the Education sector lead for the regions. Tim is currently leading on Manchester’s nationally recognised Building Schools for Future (BSF) and Academies programme. He has worked through the entire process from inception to delivery of new schools through an alternative LEP based on collaborative partnerships and conventionally funded design & build contracts. His key experience is as follows:Tim is seconded to MCC and reports to the BSF Programme Director. He has been instrumental in the establishment of the BSF and Academy implementation team, which is innovative in its approach to collaborative working. The BSF Academy programme is valued at £500m. The Programme is demonstrably a success with 27 schools open and 6 on site. Tim has provided leadership to the Mace team and strategic input right from the start to create a robust governance structure with clear lines of communication.
