Directly accountable for all aspects in delivering the P&L for these stores, through great cost control, great stores, delivering great sales and service.All of the above is achieved through leading 38 exceptional stores managers, and their own teams - delivering consistently in a complex environment. I take great pride in having a fantastic succession plan with plenty of opportunities to progress and succeed in the group.I currently deputise for the South Operations Director, and thoroughly enjoy the breadth that this responsibility brings.

Kent

Responsible for 21 superstores. My role is to lead a talented group of General Store Managers to deliver colleague and customer metrics, exceeding expectations daily and developing, coaching and sponsoring talent within the company. I am responsible for delivering a P&L to the company and all related actions and decisions.

South East, And London.

Managing stores within the Kent and sussex supermarket regions - mainly high street locations - before being asked to turn around a disappointing P&L in the London stores, which i completed successfully. I led a collective of store managers to deliver and surpass customer expectations daily, manage our key KRAs through engagement of our colleagues, and great shop keeping standards, and ultimately deliver the P&L for the company. Was involved with numerous store investment projects and new store openings. London is a very important, high profile region for the company.

Eastbourne/Wallington/Old Kent Road/ Swanley Academy

Accountability for all decisions relating to customers and colleagues. Charged with delivering numerous KRAs including a healthy P&L. All stores delivered sales of over £1million/week. Wallington and Old Kent Road are viewed as some of the most complex stores in the company. Swanley academy was my last single site role with the added responsibility of ensuring all mangers and colleagues within the London, Kent and Sussex areas were trained to the highest of standards. This role also included deputising for the regional operations manager. While at Swanley we won the Grocer 33 award.

Kent

Responsible for all aspects of the P&L, costs, and charges within the region. Responsible for minimising shrink risk through great process and engagement of our colleagues.

Brighton Marina

Supporting and managing all aspects of the profit agenda within a single site. Responsible for all costs, charges and security and the related inputs. Keen duty manager, revelling in the deputy manager role.
