   Managed tapeout project management starting with early engagement with R&D and Design Engineering to determine resource requirements and to align all stake holders to a common schedule. Worked with mask synthesis flow and tool developers to run Q.A. testing and evaluations on new or modified hardware, synthesis spec/flow changes, tool enhancements and new tool introduction. Managed and automated the setup of standard and customized run directories for processing all OPC and fracture related flows using Synopsys, Hercules, and Mentor Graphics mask data generation tools. Managed engineering test reticles not generated through standard tapeout procedures or flows to achieve the specified results for photolithography and process technology development groups Instrumental in the creation and standardization for all data integrity checks prior to tapeout.  Managed all project history documentation with respect to key stakeholders, processing requirements, non-standard processing all the way through to archive completion. Created automation scripting to allow for more effective distribution of tapeout processing to reduce file server congestion and to better manage disk space utilization. Managed complex process development tapeouts where the number of individual design databases has exceeded twenty plus the scribe frame.
