- Innovation. Facilitated and contributed to more than 30 ideation workshops. My takeaways – make sure we have the right problem, that it is worth solving, and the ideation harvest is where the “magic happens”.
- System Integration. I have “lived” integration on multiple projects and authored Invetech’s Integration best practice guides. My takeaways – it is often just hard, and experience is the key to making good judgements.
- Requirements definition and verification. I’ve defined hundreds of requirements on a wide range of projects and overseen their formal verification. My takeaways – capture the need and less is definitely more!
- FMEA. FMEA specialist within Invetech and our parent company. I have developed the training material and have delivered many training courses. My takeaways – Driving timely action with the right people is the key to.
- Medical device regulatory environment. Well-versed in product development under regulatory requirements such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and FDA QSR 820.
