My takeaways – it is often just hard, and experience is the key to making good judgements.• Requirements definition and verification. I’ve defined hundreds of requirements on a wide range of projects and overseen their formal verification. My takeaways – capture the need and less is definitely more!• FMEA. FMEA specialist within Invetech and our parent company. I have developed the training material and have delivered many training courses. My takeaways – Driving timely action with the right people is the key to product robustness durability, not typing words in a spread sheet.• Medical device regulatory environment. Well-versed in product development under regulatory requirements such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and FDA QSR 820.• Flexibility and adaptability – Having worked on more than 30 unique projects at Invetech, I’m very accustomed to working with new and ill-defined problems and challenges.• Team leadership and mentorship – trusted mentor, overseeing the development goals of four team members.
