Tim has been a plant/factory consultant for HPS Consulting and Integration (formerly Compaq Professional Service) since 1999. Tim delivered several semiconductor projects such as Winbond FAB 4E, UMC FAB 8F, 8S (SIS) and QDI for new plant/factory operation consulting service. After that, Tim leaded the first 12-inch (300mm) FAB UMC 12A in Taiwan and successfully closed it in year 2004. After UMC12A, Tim also successfully closed InnoLux project which was ran into problem in year 2004. Tim also established first offshore model in Taiwan with China Global Delivery Center (GDCC) and India Global Delivery Center (GDIC) for CMO TFT supply chain project. Year 2007, Tim successfully won the CTDSP TFT plant launched in Shenzhen China. In 2008, Tim transferred to China HP from HP APJ and joined GM GSC-14 project as a regional consultant that was a senior position to assist GM Global solution team aligned with GM local JV factory operation. In March 2010, Tim promoted as an account manager in HP China Best Shore Application Services. His major account is in worldwide Nissan Cooperation and same year, Tim helped HP US won a three years deal about the Nissan US DBS project which supported Nissan US factory operation aligned with national wide dealers.Before joining HP (Compaq), Tim was an engineer at Jet Master Integration Corp. located in Taipei’s Software Industrial Science Park.
