Commissioning and making operationally ready, NZ Milk's nutritional and baby formula milk powder blending facility.

Responsible for the operation of a 1.5MT/hour milk powder drier and associated evaporator, for Tasman Milk's specialty milk powder plant.

Responsible for all operational requirements of the maturation-storage, and cheese-cutting operations for local market FMCG and international supply. Staff: up to 80. Turnover: Approx. $60M.

Monitoring of waste-water streams.Development of quality systems to the ISO9000 series standards, throughout the organization. This included the auditing of quality systems, training, coordinating improvement projects, and providing technical assistance.
