In this short-term internship, I drafted and finalized a detailed business plan, which including scenario, market analysis, competitor analysis, laws and regulation, and budget. This report highly depicted the business and help the client better know and control the whole business processes.Beside, through talking to the clients, I was quickly responsive and giving my educated advice. I used my professional knowledge to enlighten clients on what and how IT can help them in business decision making, optimizing business process ,and cutting cost.
