When I come to work I come ready to compete and voice ideas on how the organization can separate themselves from the competition. I love using analytics and statistical analysis to root cause an area of opportunity. It is fun to watch the numbers tell a story through trends and inconsistent behavior. I have launched a B2B fulfillment department, increased Quantity per Hour from 800 to 2,500, optimized a pick line that took Orders per Hour from 35 to 250, improved inventory accuracy from 98.5% to 99.95% and closed a $6 Million dollar warehouse buildout/relocation project. I enjoy developing people and helping them reach their full potential. I have had the opportunity to lead multiple teams at different levels and each team has taught me something new. I love when an individual on my team gets promoted or resolves an issue in his/her department. I live by the mantra, ‘If I take care of my team, they will take care of the customer’. As a leader I hold my team accountable and at the same time create a culture of fun and rewarding opportunity. I have a strong track record of providing an exceptional experience to the customer. I will go to lengths to ensure that service levels are met and the customer receives the service that was promised. I have dedicated many hours to lowering cost per order and transit costs to ensure that the organization is competitive on price.
